Revenue Cycle Operations Manager

AdvantixxRCM is seeking a hands-on operations leader to build and manage compliant, scalable revenue-cycle workflows across billing, claims, A/R, denials, payment posting, eligibility, prior authorization, credentialing, reporting, and client service. This is a full-time U.S. employee role with remote work eligibility; final classification, schedule, work location, compensation, and benefits will be stated in the written offer.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily RCM operations, capacity planning, work allocation, quality control, and client service.

• Establish SOPs, productivity and quality standards, dashboards, escalation paths, and audit routines.

• Monitor clean-claim rate, denials, days in A/R, A/R aging, net collection rate, timely filing, posting accuracy, and client-specific service levels.

• Coach employees and contractors, conduct regular one-on-ones, and build a culture of accountability, respect, continuous improvement, and speaking up.

• Coordinate client implementations, payer workflows, EHR/practice-management access, clearinghouses, reporting, and issue resolution.

• Partner with leadership on staffing, vendors, information security, privacy, compliance, and business continuity.

• Prevent access to PHI or client systems until required agreements, training, and controls are complete.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive healthcare RCM experience; leadership experience strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of claims, denials, insurance A/R, payments, eligibility/authorization, payer portals, and performance reporting.

• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer workflows.

• Demonstrated ability to manage distributed teams and improve measurable outcomes.

• Excellent judgment, documentation, communication, and client-service skills.

The manager must model HIPAA, minimum-necessary access, data-security, payer, client, and company requirements. Knowingly false billing, concealment of errors, retaliation, improper access, or unauthorized transfer of company, client, patient, or payer information is prohibited.
