Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Revenue Operations Manager (US-Shift). As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and operational efficiency through strategic planning, Sales strategy development, and process optimization. This role will play a pivotal part in enhancing our revenue generation capabilities while maintaining a strong focus on Sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

◙ To execute revenue-focused strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

◙ Develop and refine Sales and Business Development strategies to drive revenue growth in the US market.

◙ Design and implement performance matrices to track and analyze the Sales team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing actionable solutions.

◙ Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance overall Sales processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for process improvement to optimize Sales conversion.

◙ Oversee the CRM workflow, ensuring data accuracy.

◙ Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline revenue-generating processes.

◙ Collaborate closely with leadership to provide insights and recommendations based on revenue trends, market analysis, and competitive landscape.

◙ Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in revenue operations to proactively adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

◙ Proven track record of success in revenue operations, Sales strategy, and GTM strategy development.

◙ Strong background in the SaaS industry, with a deep understanding of its dynamics and challenges.

◙ Experience in designing and implementing performance measurement frameworks and driving continuous improvement.

◙ Proficiency in CRM systems and workflows, leveraging data to drive insights and decision-making.

◙ Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights.

◙ Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.

◙ Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and present strategic plans to senior leadership.

◙ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
