AI GTM Engineer (Voice Agent Specialist)

• We are looking for a highly technical GTM Engineer to bridge gaps among Product, Sales, Marketing, and AI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building growth systems rather than just managing campaigns.
• Youll leverage modern AI coding platforms and no-code/low-code tools to rapidly build automations, internal tools, customer-facing experiences, and AI agents that accelerate our go-to-market efforts.
• This role is perfect for builders who can turn ideas into working products within hours instead of weeks.

• Build AI-powered workflows to improve lead generation, qualification, outreach, and customer engagement.
• Develop internal tools that improve Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Design and deploy Voice AI Agents for inbound/outbound customer interactions.
• Build prototypes and MVPs using AI-assisted development tools.
• Automate repetitive GTM processes using APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation platforms.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to identify automation opportunities.
• Integrate CRMs, communication platforms, AI models, and third-party SaaS applications.
• Rapidly experiment, iterate, and deploy growth initiatives.
• Measure performance of automations and continuously optimize them.
