Specialty Marketing + Events Intern

A24 is looking for a part-time intern to support the Specialty Marketing + Events team starting October 2026 -- must be available up to 15 hours per week.

This internship is remote day-to-day; however, because the role requires in-person support at events in the New York City and/or Los Angeles area, were only considering candidates local to either location.

Responsibilities

• Research potential venues for upcoming premieres, screenings, afterparties, and talent dinners
• Provide on-site support at events, including setup, breakdown, and day-of coordination
• Contribute creative, thoughtful ideas to event concepts and programming
• Assist in the administrative tasks related to overall planning of external events (vendor research, availability outreach, etc)
• Draft personalized, professional thank-you notes and correspondence for filmmakers and other guests
• Manage dinner and hospitality reservations for events and guest experiences
• Miscellaneous administrative duties

Qualifications

• Extremely detail-oriented and communicative
• Thrives under pressure and adapts quickly to last-minute changes
• Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities across all aspects of event production
• Able to stand and remain active for extended periods during events
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds and move quickly as needed on-site
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, personalized emails independently

Our internships are part-time roles with an hourly rate of $18.00. The rate may vary depending on local wage requirements.
