Customer Experience, Digital Distribution Partner Servicing

Location: Various Locations

A24 is seeking someone to support & execute on customer experience and releasing for our Digital Distribution business, including delivery logistics and scheduling, collaboration with Post for successful new release launches, and ensuring minimal issues on our launch days. This role is the engine that keeps our products accessible & accurate. Role responsibilities include -

Digital Releasing

• Oversee platform availability on release days for TVOD, SVOD, AVOD, and physical releases, confirming accuracy of pricing and metadata details in all territories
• Manage availability and accuracy throughout the lifecycle of a title
• Clearly communicate platform issues to escalate and achieve solutions swiftly 
• Assist in Ops team workflow by taking notes, tracking deadlines, and anticipating needs as projects are added or move through their lifecycle

Delivery

• Support on weekly calls with delivery labs, assist on workflow, and track deadlines
• Facilitate bespoke partner campaigns by tracking partner and territory specific asset requests, communicating to ensure deadlines are met
• Use consumer feedback to quickly find and correct product issues
• Assist in onboarding new partners in all territories as business expands

Compliance 

• Ensure compliance of assets in foreign and non-English speaking territories
• Support product & market research efforts by investigating/monitoring platform storefronts
• Monitor key sites for piracy issues

Product Presentation

• Execute release day placement tracking, providing monthly recaps for titles and products
• Ensure all product links are available and accurate in various consumer-facing directories

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience, ideally at an entertainment company or on an account-facing team
• Digital distribution or home entertainment experience is a plus
• Acute attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills 
• Humble, resourceful, quick-learner that thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Dynamic self-starter, diligent, and humble team player who takes great pride in work output

Our target hourly rate for this role is between $22 to $24 per hour. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting hourly rate within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, including both cash and equity components, competitive healthcare, as well as other employee benefits.
