Key Responsibilities

• Empathetic Patient Education: Conduct outbound calls to warm leads, educating them on innovative healthcare solutions and guiding them toward scheduling appointments with partner doctors.
• Compliant Messaging: Follow IRB guidelines and clinical messaging protocols while maintaining a warm, supportive tone.
• Multi-Tab Platform Navigation: Comfortably manage patient data across web-based clinical software while speaking on the phone.

Shift & Schedule Clarity

• Weekly Commitment: Minimum of 20 hours per week with a consistent, set schedule.
• Operational Hours:
  • Monday – Friday: Shifts available between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST
  • Saturday: Shifts available between 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Qualifications & Requirements

• Clinical Background: Active RN license or equivalent clinical/medical professional background.
• Technical Setup: High-speed internet (minimum 25+ Mbps download recommended) and a quiet, private home office free of background noise.
• Core Competencies: High level of empathy, strong verbal communication skills, and comfort working across multiple web browser tabs simultaneously.
• Experience: Prior experience in patient advocacy, telephonic triage, or customer care is preferred.
