Procurement Officer

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work closely with our operations and leadership teams to understand how our business works, identify opportunities for improvement, and support projects that make our processes more efficient. Youll gain hands-on experience across Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Movers while learning how to use data, process mapping, and automation to improve operations.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Procurement Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and purchasing high-quality goods and services for our organization. 

What you’ll do:

• Develop procurement policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with the organizations objectives and industry best practices.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring delivery of high-quality goods and services.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-effective and efficient procurement solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and standards, including ethical and legal considerations.

What you’ll need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with procurement databases and systems.
