About Us
10x Team connects freelance professionals with leading AI labs to develop next-generation AI models. We are seeking senior sales professionals based in the EU or UK to ensure AI-generated sales content and decisioning is accurate, relevant, and grounded in industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and enhance AI-generated content on sales strategy, customer engagement, and pipeline management

• Assess the precision, industry-relevance, and practical viability of AI-driven sales scenarios and recommendations

• Develop example sales cases, objection-handling scenarios, and negotiation exercises based on your industry experience

• Create multiple scenario variations reflecting perspectives of sales reps, managers, and clients

• Identify gaps or flawed assumptions in AI outputs and provide clear, actionable feedback

Your role will directly influence how AI understands, reasons, and advises on effective, nuanced sales strategies.

About You:

• Senior sales leader or manager (e.g., VP Sales, Head of Sales, Enterprise Sales Manager) with a proven track record in B2B or B2C sales

• Based in the EU or UK

• Demonstrated expertise in developing and reviewing go-to-market strategies, closing deals, and managing high-performing sales teams

• Highly organized and skilled at providing direct, constructive feedback

• Available 8–20 hours per week and reliable in communications

The missions listed for AI Lab roles are not traditional job openings. AI Lab work is often highly confidential as this exposes information of what an AI Lab is working on, and project requests are unpredictable. When an AI Lab request comes in, we often need to respond within 24 hours with suitable talent.

Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise.

This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
