UNICEF, Obama Foundation, the Alzheimers Association, and many others leverage our platform for their online fundraising needs.</p> <h4>About the role</h4> <p>We are looking for an experienced People Operations Manager / Team Lead to join our global PeopleOps function. This person will manage a small but high-impact team (up to 5 direct reports next year) and drive complex PeopleOps projects end-to-end.</p> <p>The role combines strategic program management with hands-on execution across global HR operations, employee lifecycle, and cross-border compliance.
