Reporting to the Head of People &amp; Strategic Operations, you’ll be the backbone of our People function, building policies, processes, and systems that keep the company compliant, efficient, and people-focused. What You’ll Do <ul> <li>Be the go-to point of contact for employees on all HR and policy matters, handling inquiries with discretion and care.</li> <li>Design, implement, and maintain all HR processes and policies across the employee lifecycle.</li> <li>Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition within employee onboarding.</li> <li>Own benefits administration, working closely with Finance to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li> <li>Maintain accurate employee records and HR data including building dashboards and metrics that inform decision-making.</li> <li>Keep the company compliant by staying ahead of labor law changes and HR best practices across multiple states.</li> <li>Proactively identify process gaps, build solutions, and standardize ways of working.</li> <li>Drive performance management, engagement, compensation, and manager support initiatives alongside the Head of People.</li> <li>Support company culture initiatives and events alongside the Executive Assistant and Strategic Operations team.</li> </ul> Who You Are <ul> <li>Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and policy-minded, you love creating clarity and structure.</li> <li>Comfortable working independently and owning projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.</li> <li>Solution-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Trusted partner with excellent judgment, able to handle sensitive and confidential information.</li> <li>Strong communicator who builds trust and positive relationships at all levels.</li> </ul> What you have <ul> <li>At least 5 years of experience in People Operations.</li> <li>Solid knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.</li> <li>Proven track record of building scalable people processes and policies.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills, you can set, track, and present HR metrics that drive action.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> </ul> Why You’ll Love Working With Us <ul> <li>⌨️ Remote work, forever!</li> <li>🪄 Competitive benchmarked compensation</li> <li>🩺 Health and Retirement Benefits</li> <li>🌴 Flexible Time Off</li> <li>🚀 Exciting, mission driven work that has an impact</li> <li>💪🏽 Regular Company offsites</li> </ul> How You’ll Be Compensated The starting base salary for this role is between $115,000 - $140,000 with an equity award as part of your all-in compensation. The actual base salary and equity is dependent upon many factors, such as location, experience and internal compensation equity.
