We expect successful people to drive the results that impact our larger goals. We are looking for someone to contribute to our timeliness and accuracy of the month-end close. </span></div><h3>How you will achieve success in this role:</h3><ul><li>Leading a timely and accurate month-end close process.</li><li>Preparing and delivering high-quality management reports.</li><li>Maintaining up-to-date reconciliations and audit-ready documentation.</li><li>Supporting accurate intercompany and inventory accounting.</li><li>Identifying and implementing accounting process improvements.</li></ul><h3>What experiences will help you in this role:</h3><ul><li>4–6 years of accounting experience, ideally in retail, ecommerce, or a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of UK/EU accounting standards and VAT.</li><li>Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).</li><li>Proficiency with Xero or similar accounting systems and experience with multi-entity reconciliations and intercompany transactions.</li><li>High attention to detail and analytical skills and a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently.</li></ul><div>In an effort to Make Spreetail Better, we hire people that are aligned with our values and are passionate about pursuing ecommerce excellence.
