In this role, you’ll help ensure every team member across North America is paid accurately and on time. You’ll support the day-to-day flow of payroll data, support tax reporting and compliance, and partner closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to keep our processes running smoothly.</div><div><br /></div><div>You’ll bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with experience using Workday and ADP SmartCompliance. If you’re looking for an opportunity to grow your career in payroll within a supportive, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.</div><div><br /></div><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Ensure timely and accurate end-to-end payroll processing (semi-monthly and off-cycle) for North America</li><li>Process daily equity transactions, including RSU vesting and NSO exercises, using E*Trade reporting</li><li>Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax reconciliations and filings (federal, state, and local), including forms 941, 940, W-2, and T4</li><li>Maintain and document standard operating procedures for payroll processes</li><li>Validate payroll controls and escalate discrepancies or exceptions to management</li><li>Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Finance, Engineering, and external vendors (e.g., third-party payroll providers)</li><li>Provide excellent communication with employees and partners on payroll policies, deductions, and tax queries</li><li>Audit benefit data integrations between Workday and vendor systems to ensure accuracy</li><li>Review payroll results and reports to identify errors, anomalies, or exceptions</li><li>Participate in special projects, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ad hoc analyses as needed </li></ul><h3>Who You Are</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 3+ years of relevant payroll experience</li><li>Knowledgeable in payroll tax compliance and multi-state payroll processes</li><li>Proficient in Workday and ADP SmartCompliance</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills</li><li>Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)</li><li>High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality</li><li>Proactive, adaptable, and hands-on with a strong work ethic and a “can-do” approach</li><li>Diligent individual with a focus on automation and continual improvement</li><li>Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance </li></ul><h3>Where Youll Be</h3><ul><li>This role is based in New York, NY</li><li>We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come into the office 2-3 days per week.</li><li>Working hours? We operate within the EST zone for collaboration.</li></ul><div>The United States base range for this position is $59,298 and $84,712, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave.
