Apply now and define the future of work!</span></div></div><h2><strong>What this job can offer you</strong></h2> <p>This is an exciting time to join our global Payroll Operations team not only because we are growing, but because our teams build the future of Global Payroll by elevating the processes and ways of working in the industry.</p> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Assist in preparing and sending the bimonthly report on salary variables (SBC variable).</li> <li>Record movements in SUA and IDSE under supervision.</li> <li>Assist in the preliminary calculation of ISN (Payroll Tax) and in uploading data to state portals.</li> <li>Support in meeting basic audit requirements or IMSS or SAT reviews.</li> <li>Focused on IMSS, to provide administrative and operational support in the payroll process, contributing to the collection, entry, and verification of information related to payments, membership changes, salary variability and tax and social security obligations.
