You will provide direct operational support to regional sales teams for operational issues, as well as a resource for the identification and implementation of improvements in the region. You will create, maintain, and run reports and analytics on internal and external sales, sales enablement and channel activities.</span></div><div><span>This role works closely with the Sales Operations leadership, to inform strategy and measure regional performance. </span></div><h3>What Will You Do</h3><ul><li>PLANNING &amp; REPORTING</li><li>Participate in regional annual planning, including go-to-market strategy, sales territory planning and implementation, resource planning and target-setting</li><li>Weekly consolidation and critical review of the sales forecast for the region, including appropriate discussions with sales to assess, challenge and support. Submission of the completed forecast</li><li>Participate in resource planning, maintain regional sales hierarchy and roles including open headcount</li><li>Monitor, review and report regional activity against specified KPIs, including for example pipeline, product trends, win      ratios and forecast accuracy</li><li>Identify business-relevant issues and trends, both internal and external, and communicate these to the regional Sales leadership team. These can be anything business-relevant, including: KPIs, internal structural or system changes,      external political influences, product sales trends, sales team performance, economic factors and more</li><div><br /></div><li>SALES SUPPORT</li><li>Build GTM Territory and quotas plans for regional sales teams, support commission team</li><li>Works closely with our global Shared Services Centre on 2nd and 3rd level sales support enquiries</li><li>Provide training and best practices guidance to the regional sales team on the appropriate use of the Customer Resource Management software tool (“CRM”), currently Salesforce</li><li>Monitor and report on trends in CRM usage, work with sales to review and improve data quality hygiene</li><li>Create and maintain reports and dashboards within the CRM for the regional sales team</li><li>Review and appropriately approve or reject discount approval requests, representing the needs of the region and the company while understanding the implications of the requests</li><li>Understand the business strategy for the region and ensure that the appropriate operation support mechanisms are in      place, well implemented and meet the needs of the business.</li><li>Identify and communicate possible ways to improve sales productivity in the region</li><div><br /></div><li>DOCUMENTATION</li><li>Create and maintain sales territory maps and alignment plans for the region</li><li>Create and maintain accurate visual representations of current and historic regional sales structures</li><li>Create and maintain records of the sales landscape at given intervals, e.g. pipeline snapshots &amp; forecast records</li></ul><h3>What Will You Bring</h3><ul><li>Prior experience working with Salesforce CRM</li><li>Prior experience of Territory management and Quota planning</li><li>Advanced Excel skills</li><li>Experience with Power BI</li><li>Fast learner with strong hand-on mentality and good problem-solving skills </li><li>Participation in global operations-oriented projects, representing the interests of the region</li><li>Fluent written &amp; spoken English</li></ul><div><span>·         This is an international role which may occasionally require work during non-standard business hours, primarily evenings, to collaborate with colleagues in other regions and time zones. </span></div><div><span>·         This role will require some travel, especially within Europe to the regional offices, as well as internationally to participate in team meetings and trainings.</span></div><div><span>·       Reports to the Senior Director, Sales Operations EMEA</span></div><div><span>·       Frequent interactions with Sales Operations colleagues, the global Shared Services Centre, regional Sales Managers, and other business functions including Marketing, Finance, Support, Order Processing and HR</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Ready to Join Us?</b></div><div>At Sophos, we believe in the power of diverse perspectives to fuel innovation.
