This remote role is part of the Sales Operations team and plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and operational excellence. What youll be doing: <ul> <li>Own and continuously improve our pipeline reporting and forecasting partnering closely with sales leadership (BDR, Strategic Alliances, Channel Partnerships, Public Sector Sales) to ensure accuracy and insight.</li> <li>Analyze pipeline health and implement strategies to maintain high-quality opportunities across the funnel.</li> <li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into sales performance, pipeline metrics, and business trends.</li> <li>Lead and execute cross-functional projects that enhance sales processes, tooling, and data integrity.</li> <li>Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce, collaborating with admins and enabling the sales team with efficient processes and system enhancements.</li> <li>Standardize reporting and analytics to support internal business reviews, leadership updates, and strategic planning.</li> <li>Provide proactive insights and recommendations to optimize territory planning, quota setting, and incentive design.</li> </ul> What success looks like in this role: <ul> <li>Forecast accuracy maintained within ±5% across quarters</li> <li>90%+ of pipeline consistently meeting hygiene standards (stage, close date, value accuracy)</li> <li>Sales team satisfaction score of 4.5+ for analytics and reporting tools</li> <li>Delivery of 2+ strategic analytics projects per quarter</li> <li>Reporting tools adopted and used consistently by 90%+ of sales leadership</li> </ul> What youll bring: Required: <ul> <li>3–5 years of experience in sales operations or business operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment</li> <li>Proven track record of partnering with sales leadership to deliver strategic insights and improve forecasting accuracy</li> <li>Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and funnel metrics</li> <li>Proficiency in Salesforce with 2+ years of hands-on reporting/dashboard experience; CRM Analytics a plus</li> <li>Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, Data connections)</li> </ul> Preferred: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field</li> <li>Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)</li> <li>Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills</li> </ul> The target base salary range for this position is $106,400 - $138,400, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
