Were hiring a Chief of Staff - a high-potential executor and project manager whose mission is to drive strategic alignment, achieve operational excellence, and improve cross-functional accountability across some of the most critical priorities of the business.  </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Reporting directly to Placemakrs President and Co-Founder, you will collaborate directly with our senior-most leadership team on what matters most, own initiatives that directly affect growth, performance and future scale, and gain exposure across the full business - from high-level strategy to day-to-day execution. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>As a force multiplier of the Senior Leadership Team, your mission is to amplify their effectiveness and influence across the organization, enabling them to achieve significantly more than they could alone. You will support the President, COO and CFO in coordinating strategic initiatives across Placemakrs Platform functions, including Property Operations, Revenue, Technology, Finance and People Experience, leveraging your exceptional organizational and communication skills to deliver programs with impact. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>The Chief of Staff position is a launchpad for executive leadership offering close collaborating with executives and exposure to all levels of the organization.
