You’ll be exposed to everything: product, sales, hiring, investor relations, pricing models, customer feedback, and more. You’ll act as a force multiplier for the co-founders, allowing them to leverage their time for projects with maximum impact.<h1>What you’ll do</h1>You will be directly responsible for:<ul><li>Owning the CEO’s calendar, making sure he is focused on the highest-leverage use of his time and stepping in when needed</li><li>Providing fast-turnaround on ad hoc data analysis of key user/financial metrics (if you know SQL that’s good, if you want to learn SQL that’s great)</li><li>Recruiting top-tier talent that aligns with our culture of speed and ownership</li><li>Working with VP of Partnerships on sales outreach and building pipeline from ground up</li><li>​​Coordinating cross-functional initiatives across growth/engineering/design/ML teams</li><li>Reaching out and coordinating news coverage of GPTZero (e.g., <a target="_blank" href="https://observer.com/2025/08/gptzero-ai-writing/">https://observer.com/2025/08/gptzero-ai-writing/</a>)</li><li>Organizing and executing events, including onsites, offsites, and marketing.
