As a Designer at Mudflap, you’ll help elevate our brand and deliver impactful, user-friendly designs across key channels — from digital campaigns to print, web, and beyond. Your work will ensure our brand feels seamless, approachable, and indispensable to the people we serve. Work Location: This role can be primarily remote with occasional in-office collaboration days at our Palo Alto, CA location. Team members are expected to be available for scheduled on-site meetings or events a few times per quarter. Partner with Product Design to ensure one cohesive brand experience. </li> </ul> Experience (What we look for): <ul> <li>8+ years of in-house design experience at a consumer or SaaS software company (bonus if you’ve worked with operations or marketplace software).</li> <li>Strong background in brand, communication, and marketing design, with the ability to translate strategy into compelling creative across multiple channels.</li> <li>In-house brand stewardship — demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and evolve a brand system over time, beyond short-term agency engagements or campaign work.</li> <li>Cross-functional fluency — comfortable collaborating with Marketing, Product, Product Design, Engineering, Data Science, and leadership to deliver cohesive customer experiences.</li> <li>User research and data-informed design — deeply engage with user needs and business goals by combining customer interviews, competitive analysis, and funnel diagnostics. This information reflects a base salary range for this position based on current market data, which may be subject to change as new market data becomes available.
