As a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, illustrators, animators, and producers, we blend strategy, creativity, and craft to create ideas with impact. About the Role: CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to help shape and evolve the visual expression of our brand across every touchpoint. You will partner with art directors, copywriters, producers, strategists, and marketers to create bold, compelling brand-forward design that captures our story and resonates globally. This role is equal parts craft and concept—you’ll bring strategic ideas to life through exceptional design systems, campaign assets, and brand experiences. We’re looking for a versatile designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and who can balance creativity with executional rigor. <ul> <li>Provide creative leadership and guide and direct to deliver the very best strategy and design. </li> <li>Oversee the strategy and creative direction of marketing creative </li> <li>Manage development of executions that strongly resonate with a range of audiences while maintaining consistency for the brand </li> <li>Work cross-functionally, balancing the needs of stakeholders and breaking down complex narratives into simple, compelling visual ideas </li> <li>Create and sustain a culture of excellence partnering with designers, producers, program managers, and product marketing managers </li> <li>Inspiring, enabling, and energizing a world-class creative team </li> <li>Help lead and manage both in-house and external teams in creative strategy, execution and production</li> <li>Evaluate design options, providing constructive critique to develop and push to find ‘big ideas’ based on design strategy and creative brief.</li> </ul> Who You Are: <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in brand or marketing design, at a creative agency or in-house brand team.</li> <li>Strong portfolio that demonstrates design craft, storytelling, and impact across a range of mediums (link required).</li> <li>Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools.</li> <li>Experience working across multiple channels: digital, social, experiential, OOH, and product.</li> <li>Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and partners at multiple levels.</li> <li>Strong presentation and communication skills; able to clearly articulate design rationale.</li> <li>Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.</li> <li>Passion for storytelling and pushing creative boundaries through design.</li> <li>Can influence at all levels. </li> <li>Is skilled at communicating effectively amidst ambiguous and/or high-pressure environments. </li> <li>Understands how to work effectively with XFN teams and lead with influence. </li> </ul> Wondering if you’re a good fit? The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
