We have offices located in the Mission District in San Francisco, the SoHo neighborhood of New York, and East Liberty in Pittsburgh. <h2>The Role</h2>As a Senior Brand Designer, your work will be instrumental in helping to shape a strong, consistent, and memorable brand across every touchpoint for our customers. You’ll continue to scale our brand identity, partnering closely amongst design and cross-functional teams to build a brand that resonates with our customers and sets us apart from the market.This role is ideal for a systems-minded designer with a passion for visual excellence and creative flair, who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.<h2>What you’ll do</h2><ul><li>Own and evolve the brand identity. Ensure visual cohesion throughout all of our channels and strengthen trust and recognition across every audience interaction.</li><li>Craft narratives that elevate our brand. You’ll work across different mediums, design campaigns and build experiences that translate complex business ideas into a clear and compelling narrative.</li><li>Create scalable design systems. Develop templates, build design systems and shape the evolution of the brand.</li><li>Translate data and insights into creative concepts that differentiate us. Help us continuously push the mark forwards and position ourselves as industry leaders.</li><li>Collaborate across teams. Work alongside stakeholders and fellow designers to help produce assets that elevate our brand, and ensure a high level of polish and consistency across the company.</li></ul><h2>What you’ll bring</h2><ul><li>7+ years of experience in brand design</li><li>A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual systems thinking, and storytelling with a high bar for craft. You’ll have an obsessive attention to detail, with an eye for typography, layout, color and brand consistency.</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to be able to tackle multiple projects simultaneously, moving between strategic thinking and visual execution with ease</li><li>Passion for design and visual storytelling. You’re always trying to push the boundaries of design and look for what’s next</li><li>Clear communication skills and the ability to articulate creative rationale to both creative and non-creative stakeholders</li><li>You are comfortable in design tools (Figma, Adobe)</li></ul><h2>Bonus points if</h2><ul><li>You have prior experience working for a B2B company or experience working in healthcare or AI</li><li>You’re comfortable designing web pages and love to create unique, branded experiences that help tell a story</li></ul><h2>This is a hybrid role.
