In this role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to employees, managing IT systems and infrastructure, and ensuring a secure and reliable technology environment. You will play a critical role in keeping our workforce productive, while also helping scale and improve IT operations.</span></div><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Provide first-line and second-line support to employees (hardware, software, network, accounts).</li><li>Manage user onboarding/offboarding, including provisioning accounts, devices, and access.</li><li>Manage a fleet of <b>MacOS</b> endpoints using Jamf MDM.</li><li>Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, including laptops (Windows/<b>Mac</b>), printers, and conferencing solutions.</li><li>Administer SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira, etc.) and identity management systems (Okta, Azure AD, etc.).</li><li>Monitor and maintain network equipment, Wi-Fi, and office IT infrastructure.</li><li>Support IT security initiatives, including patch management, endpoint protection, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with Security and Engineering teams to improve IT processes and automation.</li><li>Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and knowledge base.</li><li>Assist in IT projects such as office expansions, new tool implementations, or system upgrades.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>2–4 years of experience as an IT System Administrator, IT Support Specialist, or similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.</li><li>Experience with Google Workspace, Meraki firewalls, and managing SaaS applications.</li><li>Familiarity with networking basics (VPN, firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi).</li><li>Experience managing SaaS tools and SSO/identity management platforms.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Fluent in Hebrew and English.</li></ul><h3>Advantages (Nice to have but not must):</h3><ul><li>Jamf 100/200/300.</li><li>CCNA or equivalent certificate.</li><li>Familiarity with security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI).</li><li>Experience with automation (scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Bash).</li><li>Experience with IAM Policy manifests (in the public cloud for example).</li><li>Collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li></ul><div><b>What we offer:</b></div><div>- A culture that values product ownership, collaborative architectural planning, and building wins for your resume/portfolio as much as for the company.</div><div>- Smart, dynamic people with whom you can share the experience of building something unique.</div><div>- Competitive salary with opportunities for growth and advancement.</div><div><br /></div>
