As IT System Administrator for PACS (Picture archiving and communication system) and digital solutions, you will collaborate mostly with IT admin colleagues, but also with Customers, our local Customer Care Center and the international Remote Service Center. Customer orientation and the importance of close cooperation are emphasized in each work task. PACS experience is beneficial, however training on PACS system will be provided. Most important to this opportunity is a customer-oriented working mindset, strong problem-solving skills; an open attitude to learn new things and the ability to adapt to different tasks in a fast-paced work environment. Our office is currently located in Espoo but will soon move to Helsinki city center (next to Central Railway Station). Remote working is also a possibility. Some travel (e.g. for training or onsite client visits) as well as out of hours support will be required occasionally. <div>Your role:<ul><li>Managing and monitoring the PACS system.</li><li>System configurations and maintaining data integrity &amp; security.</li><li>Collaborate with customer clinical staff to optimize workflows and conduct functional testing.</li><li>Incident management support and technical troubleshooting.</li><li>First level support and troubleshooting to end users.</li><li>Coordination of product updates and upgrades.</li><li>Close collaboration with the customer, local Customer Care Center, Nordic colleagues and international Remote Service Center.</li></ul> </div>Your expertise:<div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.</li><li>Experience in maintaining large and medium-sized IT environments.</li><li>Experience working with Linux and Windows servers in a virtualization environment (VMware).</li><li>Basic knowledge of network technology.</li><li>Fluency in both Finnish and English, written and spoken.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer focused, analytical with an eye for detail.</li><li>Experience in radiology/clinical workflows and hospital IT is appreciated, but not essential.</li><li>Experience with DICOM, HL7, XDS interfaces is preferred, but not essential.</li><li>Experience working in a regulated environment is beneficial.</li></ul></div> </div>Who we are: We are a team of more than 71,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
