The GTM System Administrator ensures that all vendor solutions align with SailPoints architectural standards, security policies, and overall IT strategy.  They will be responsible for the onboarding and offboarding GTM systems.  Additionally, the GTM system administrator will also be responsible for enabling and deprecating 3rd party solutions integrated with SailPoint Salesforce platform. </div><div> </div><div>Essential Duties and Responsibilities </div><div><ul><li>Vendor Evaluation: Analyze incoming business requests for new GTM vendor solutions, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with business objectives. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Vendor Onboard and offboarding: Ensure Go To Market systems are documented and tracked in IT CMDB </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Security, Legal, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and facilitate informed decision-making. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Technical Assessment: Evaluate the technology and platform of proposed vendors, focusing on scalability, integration capabilities, security vulnerabilities, and compliance requirements. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Security Review: Collaborate with Cyber Security to conduct thorough security assessments of vendor solutions, identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities, and recommending mitigation strategies. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Compliance Adherence: Ensure that vendor solutions comply with relevant industry regulations, data privacy standards, and SailPoints internal policies. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of vendor evaluations, including technical specifications, security assessments, and compliance reports. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Salesforce Administration: Setup new 3rd party vendor solutions, including package installation, connection, and permissions.  Depreciate 3rd party solutions that are no longer used. </li></ul></div><div>Required Qualifications </div></div><div><div><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience with Go-To-Market systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Highspot, Gainsight, Outreach, ZoomInfo) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Knowledge of system integration, identity security, and data security </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex technical solutions. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Salesforce certifications highly desirable </li></ul></div><div> </div></div>SailPoint is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome all qualified candidates to apply to join our team.  All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other category protected by applicable law.  Alternative methods of applying for employment are available to individuals unable to submit an application through this site because of a disability.
