In order to accomplish this, we are looking for an <b>onsite</b> recruiting coordinator to help us grow our team!</div><div><br /></div><div>In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point-of-contact for candidates in our interview process—especially during onsite interviews. You’ll work collaboratively with the talent and ops team to ensure a white-glove candidate experience, including proposing process improvements.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Please note that this role is 100% onsite in our San Francisco office (located in Hayes Valley), and it is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.</b></div><div><br /></div><div><b>You Are</b></div><div>• A recruiting coordinator with 1+ years of experience, preferably in an onsite role</div><div>• Obsessed with candidate experience and committed to ensuring each candidate receives white-glove treatment</div><div>• Proactive and constantly on the lookout for ways to improve our processes</div><div>• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay on top of complex processes and prioritize simultaneous tasks</div><div>• Highly empathetic and passionate about creating beautiful experiences for people</div><div>• A strong written and verbal communicator</div><div>• A team player and someone who sweats the details</div><div><br /></div><div><b>What you’ll do</b></div><div>• Serve as the primary touchpoint for candidates in our interview process</div><div>• Own the end-to-end scheduling and coordination of interviews</div><div>• Manage all onsite interview logistics, including office tours and candidate check-ins</div><div>• Collaborate and coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive assistants to ensure a smooth interview process</div><div>• Partner with team members to identify and implement improvements to candidate experience and internal processes</div><div>• Oversee multiple aspects of the candidate journey while fostering a positive, high-touch, and personal experience</div><div>• Contribute to talent programs, including events</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Compensation and Benefits</b></div><div>• Competitive compensation and benefits</div><div>• Lunch provided daily</div><div>• $250 lifestyle stipend per month</div><div>• Generous budget for self-improvement: coaching, courses, conferences, etc</div><div>• Actively co-create and participate in a positive, intentional team culture</div><div>• Frequent team events, dinners, off-sites, and hanging out</div><div><br /></div><div>The base salary for this range is $75,000 - $95,000 a year. </div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><b>How to apply</b></div><div>All submissions are reviewed by a person, so we encourage you to include notes on why youre interested in working with us.
