We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and fast paced candidate who wants to be part of a growing recruiting team. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to develop their skills in recruiting, can multi-task and handle multiple priorities at once, and is flexible to ever-changing processes in a fast paced environment. We’re looking for candidates who pay attention to detail, are go-getters, and have a visionary perspective to help us scale and grow.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Schedule interviews for the recruiting team, including high volume group interviews, informing both interviewers and candidates of the interview schedule</li> <li>Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems</li> <li>Partner closely with the recruiting team to facilitate candidates through the interview process, acting as the liaison between candidates and interviewers</li> <li>Process and send out offer letters and new hire communication</li> <li>Process new hire admin tasks in the relevant systems</li> <li>Track and report on interview numbers</li> <li>Run reports on recruiting activity in recruiting systems</li> <li>Provide a white glove experience for each of our candidates, and ensure the interview experience is seamless</li> <li>Keep candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process</li> <li>Open new requisitions and ensure that job descriptions are accurate and complete</li> <li>Assist in developing, implementing, and updating recruiting procedures and processes</li> <li>Additional support to the recruiting and HR team, as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A bachelors degree or comparable work experience</li> <li>1+ years of experience in fast paced role</li> <li>Fluent in English</li> <li>Desire to create a phenomenal candidate experience</li> <li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities</li> <li>Flexible to support changing business needs</li> <li>Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Greenhouse</li> <li>Highly organized with an impeccable attention to detail</li> <li>Strong communication skills – verbal and written</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Recruiting or human resources experience</li> </ul><div><div><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></div> <div>The base pay range for this role is listed below.
