In this role, you’ll serve as the onshore counterpart to our offshore operations team, with a focus on VIP order management, finance escalations, vendor coordination, and process improvements. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives on details, enjoys solving operational challenges, and wants to help scale a fast-growing eCommerce business.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Act as the onshore partner to our offshore team in the Philippines, providing guidance and support for daily operations.</li> <li>Oversee VIP order management across all Havenly Brands, ensuring accuracy and white-glove service.</li> <li>Resolve finance escalations, primarily for Havenly orders, surfaced by the offshore team.</li> <li>Become the go-to expert on our order management processes, with a deep understanding of workflows end-to-end.</li> <li>Partner with third-party vendors to resolve order or invoicing issues.</li> <li>Support process documentation and SOP development to improve consistency and scalability.</li> <li>Support inventory management processes, including monitoring availability and assisting with escalations tied to stock levels or fulfillment.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or order management (eCommerce a plus).</li> <li>Experience working with offshore or remote teams preferred.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with a passion for detail and process.</li> <li>Comfort with building and refining workflows or SOPs.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.</li> <li>Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets/Docs; ERP or OMS experience a plus.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why You’ll Love Working Here:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Be part of a fast-growing, design-driven company with big ambitions.</li> <li>Collaborate with a supportive team that values problem-solving and creativity.</li> <li>Opportunity to grow your career while shaping scalable operational processes.</li> </ul> <h2>Additional details</h2> <p>This is a full‑time exempt position based in the United States. The role will be hybrid at least 4 days per week from our office in Denver. The targeted compensation range for this position is <strong>$58,000 – $65,000</strong>, dependent upon experience and location.
