You will design business processes and drive process improvements as well as technology improvements. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>You plan and control these business processes and support their execution by removing barriers for your team members. Your primary focus is to improve process efficiency and reduce defects. As a first-line manager and servant leader, you deliver operational metrics associated with your process and results while keeping your team engaged.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>To thrive in your role, you are highly motivated to lead and have a “can do” attitude. You are results-oriented, analytical, organized, and socially skilled.
