<div><div>We are seeking a Team Lead Platform Operations to join the Product Security division (<a href="https://www.siemens.com/global/en/products/services/cert.html">PCERT</a>) within the Global Cybersecurity team. This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure to support critical security applications and services. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers to manage deployments, enhance system reliability, automate platform operations, and enforce best practices in cybersecurity, scalability, and compliance.You’ll make an impact by: <ul> <li>Lead and mentor a team of engineers within the Product Security domain, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. </li> <li>Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting and performance of hybrid infrastructure (on-premise and cloud), ensuring the availability requirements of the Product Security services. </li> <li>Manage deployments, updates, and configurations across multiple environments to ensure seamless and secure operations. </li> <li>Monitor and respond to infrastructure alerts and security incidents, improving system resilience and reliability. </li> <li>Implement security hardening measures for endpoints, workloads, and network infrastructure, aligned with industry best practices. </li> <li>Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure security, scalability, and cost efficiency. </li> <li>Support security teams and developers in debugging applications and optimizing system performance. </li> <li>Maintain detailed documentation for deployments, configurations, security controls, and operational processes. </li> </ul>  This is how you’ll win us over:<ul> <li>University degree in Engineering or a comparable technical field. </li><li>Many years of experience and deep understanding in infrastructure and leading teams.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. </li> <li>Proficiency in managing cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. </li> <li>Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu. </li> <li>Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. </li> <li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps. </li> <li>Deep knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.  </li> <li>Experience with monitoring and logging tools like AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk, Datadog. </li> <li>Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. </li> <li>Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, or Puppet. </li> <li>Solid understanding of networking concepts, segmentation, load balancers, and firewalls. </li> <li>Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) principles and tools. </li> <li>Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). </li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. </li> </ul>  Nice to have:<ul> <li>Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CCSK) are a strong plus.</li> </ul>What do we offer?<ul> <li>An environment where everyone can bring their whole self to work and feel a sense of belonging.</li> <li>A workplace that values curiosity and guarantees continuous learning, with development opportunities for both personal and professional growth.</li> <li>Share matching programs to become a shareholder of Siemens AG.</li> <li>A wide range of flexible benefits for you and your family to enjoy!</li> </ul>Do you want to know more?
