In this position, you’ll recruit, mentor, and grow an already solid team of security engineers dedicated to helping people help each other.  The Job <ul> <li>Build &amp; lead your team: Mentor and support security engineers, establishing scalable practices for security-focused engineering, design review, and consultation.</li> <li>Drive execution: Coordinate with our organization TPM and the Director, Security Engineering, handle sprint planning, resource allocation, and risk management to deliver on individual, team, and organization goals.</li> <li>Institute best practices: Champion CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and strong security postures from day one.</li> </ul> You  <ul> <li>1+ years managing engineering teams, that can be formally-titled management or as a senior engineer or team lead.</li> <li>5+ years building scalable systems, with a track record of architecting security controls for new products.</li> <li>Have a strategic mindset and are comfortable with ambiguity. The total annual salary for this full-time position is $163,000 - $245,000 + equity + benefits.  As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
