The Global Commercial Services Marketing team is responsible for creating an end-to-end global marketing strategy and distribution plan for our prospect &amp; customer segments around the world. The GCS Marketing Analytics, Investment &amp; Marketing Enablement team, as part of Global Commercial Services within American Express, is responsible for overseeing marketing analytics, data products, data platforms, investment optimization and marketing enablement specific to the Global Commercial Services (GCS) business. This position will report to the Performance &amp; Analytics team lead within the GCSM AIM team. This team is responsible for performance management and marketing analytics across the GCS Marketing organization with a particular focus on US SME Customer. This individual should have a strong interest in extracting quantitative insights and be excited by the challenge of helping channel owners understand their performance and refine their investment strategies. A critical success factor for this role is to be results driven; this individual will be tasked with providing a data based strategic perspective, channel and product specific results analysis, and streamlining run-the-business reporting tactics.
