Forecasting Leadership: <ul> <li>Work hand in hand with the data team on the overarching measurement framework for performance marketing, ensuring robust tracking, accurate attribution, and insightful incrementality reporting across all channels.</li> <li>Oversee the delivery of performance analysis, ensuring the team provides deep-dive insights, identifies trends, and makes strategic recommendations.</li> <li>Accountable for performance forecasting, budget pacing commentary, and communicating results, insights, and strategic plans, or support the team to do this effectively</li> </ul> Budget &amp; Financial Oversight: <ul> <li>Hold full accountability for the total performance marketing budget, including planning, allocation across channels and initiatives, forecasting, and pacing management.</li> <li>Ensure rigorous ROI analysis and reporting across all investments, providing clear justification for budget allocation and strategic shifts.</li> <li>Work closely with Finance partners on budget management and reporting.</li> </ul> Senior Stakeholder Management &amp;
