Then join plancraft as our new Team Lead Performance Marketing (f/m/d)!  In this full-time role, you’ll lead a team of expert performance marketers, set the strategic direction, and bring in fresh ideas. You’ll collaborate closely with our Head of Marketing and fellow Team Leads to drive growth, own performance, and create real impact—not just on paper, but in the business itself. Your Responsibilities <ul><li>Build and lead a team of performance marketing experts – from hiring and onboarding to continuous feedback and helping them grow in their roles</li><li>Own our paid marketing efforts across Google, Meta, TikTok &amp; Co. – always focusing on high quality MQL generation and profitable ROAS growth </li><li>Strategically oversee performance marketing initiatives using insights from tools like Looker Studio and HubSpot to guide planning and optimization</li><li>Align closely with Sales, Product, and other Marketing Team Leads to ensure consistent messaging and a smooth lead journey</li><li>Drive performance by managing KPIs such as CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS with full responsibility for reporting and budget</li></ul>Must-haves <ul><li>5+ years of performance marketing experience (i.e. SEA, Paid Social, Programmatic) preferably within a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proven track record in MQL generation and demand generation strategies as well as budgeting, forecasting, and campaign optimization.</li><li>Strong data analysis skills, unmatched KPI understanding and AI proficiency to leverage workflows efficiently.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate, push and enable team members, align stakeholders and scale output.</li><li>Strategic thinking with a highly committed, problem-solving mindset and the willingness to go the extra mile.</li><li>First experiences in leading Performance Marketing teams.</li><li>German and English on C1 level. </li></ul>Nice-to-haves <ul><li>Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Smartly, Make)</li><li>Familiarity with BI-tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Big Query).</li><li>Knowledge of managing performance marketing strategies across multiple countries or regions, especially in diverse markets.</li><li>Experience working cross-functionally with branding and creative teams.</li></ul><ul><li>Team Spirit: We’re driven by passion, commitment, and a shared mission.
