We’re just getting started—join us on our journey to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, everywhere.</div>As our Performance Marketing Lead, you’ll lead strategy, execution, and measurement for all performance marketing (Paid + SEO/SEM + digital) in service of driving member growth. You will work cross functionally across product, design, engineering, BI, and finance to drive efficient and effective campaigns, resulting in high impact on member enrollment and engagement. You’ll be a thought partner to account managers for customers and strategic partnerships, serving as an internal subject matter expert on performance marketing. This role is full-time, based in New York and hybrid. The role reports to the Head of Member Growth.  As Performance Marketing Lead you will: <ul> <li>Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across paid search, SEO/SEM, and digital</li> <li>Define clear goals, budgets and KPIs for each campaign and iterate based on real-time performance data</li> <li>Lead A/B and multivariate testing to optimize creative, targeting and bidding strategies</li> <li>Partner closely with product, design, and account management teams to align on campaign goals, audience segmentation and measurement frameworks</li> <li>Collaborate with operations and finance to forecast spend, track ROI and report on budget utilization</li> <li>Stay abreast of emerging performance marketing tools, channels and best practices in healthtech and regulated industries</li> </ul> What success looks like:  <ul> <li>Drives member grow efficiently and effectively, improving unit economics as budgets grow</li> <li>Demonstrates continuous performance improvement through a high velocity of A/B and multivariate tests with clear learnings applied</li> <li>Delivers timely, actionable insights through accurate forecasting and comprehensive performance reports</li> <li>Builds strong cross-functional partnerships with customer and strategic partnership stakeholders</li> <li>Identifies and implements at new tactics or tools that boost campaign performance</li> </ul> What you’ll bring:  <ul> <li>7+ years of performance marketing experience driving growth across paid search / SEO / SEM / digital</li> <li>Strong analytical chops; you’re comfortable digging into data and surfacing actionable insights.</li> <li>Strong understanding of behavioral and personalized marketing tactics.</li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.</li> <li>Creative and resourceful, with a strong bias for action and testing.</li> <li>A genuine passion for mental health and a respect for the people behind the metrics.</li> </ul> The target base salary range for this position is $147,140 - $183,930, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
