You will own the full sales cycle—building pipeline, engaging prospects, and closing new business—while positioning Voxel as a trusted partner for safety and operational excellence.</div><h3>What Youll Do</h3><ul><li>Manage the <b>full sales cycle</b> for mid-market accounts from prospecting to close.</li><li>Consistently achieve and exceed <b>revenue targets</b>.</li><li>Build pipeline through <b>outbound outreach</b>, inbound lead follow-up, and strategic account development.</li><li>Deliver compelling <b>product demonstrations and value-based presentations</b> to decision-makers across operations, safety, IT, and executive teams.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey.</li><li>Provide market feedback to Product and Leadership to inform go-to-market strategy.</li><li>Accurately forecast and manage pipeline within CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.</li><li>3-5 years of <b>B2B SaaS closing experience</b>, including at least 2 years in mid-market sales.</li><li>Strong track record of exceeding <b>quotas ($800k+ ARR)</b>.</li><li>Skilled in <b>consultative selling</b>, with experience managing multi-stakeholder deals.</li><li>Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.</li><li>Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and motivated to succeed in a high-growth startup environment.</li><li>Experience selling into operations, safety, or manufacturing/logistics industries a plus.</li></ul><div><b>Why Join Us?</b></div><div>Join a visionary team revolutionizing safety and operations, directly impacting the well-being of millions of essential workers.
