Your mission is to identify high-value prospects, initiate meaningful conversations, and close deals that drive customer success. Leveraging Apollo.io’s state-of-the-art sales tools (including our own platform), you’ll become an expert in outbound prospecting and solution selling to help businesses achieve their goals What youll do <ul> <li>Drive revenue for Apollo, owning the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through close and activation for Mid-Market companies not leveraging Apollo today</li> <li>Develop strategies for hunting, demoing the product, and closing opportunities with multiple internal and external stakeholders to meet quarterly and annual goals</li> <li>Provide a consultative selling approach through analyzing customer needs, advising customers, and building and maintaining long-standing relationships</li> <li>Focus on results - pipeline generation, revenue, and forecast accuracy, with the ability to lead and inspire others across the organization</li> <li>Navigate internal and external stakeholders including C-suite executives and cross functional partners</li> <li>Collaborate with product, design, solutions, and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>Minimum 4+ years of quota-carrying direct SaaS sales experience in a full-cycle closing role with strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills</li> <li>Proven track record of consistently meeting targets in a 100% new business quota environment  </li> <li>Experience closing multiple deals per quarter, with an average ACV of +$25K- $100k+</li> <li>Ability to articulate Apollo’s value proposition with C-level executives, revenue teams, and decision makers</li> <li>Experience consistently self-sourcing pipeline through cold outbound and warm introductions, and conducting product demonstrations with a variety of key stakeholders</li> <li>Consultative sales approach, leveraging analytical &amp; quantitative skills; ability to develop and run complex multi-quarter projects</li> <li>Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>High adaptability and understanding of change within the evolution of a startup</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> </ul> Competencies: <ul> <li>Curiosity: Keen interest in learning and mastering complex software and service solutions.</li> <li>Likability: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.</li> <li>Organization: Meticulous and organized in managing sales processes and client interactions.</li> <li>Consultative Sales: Expertise in running a consultative sales approach, understanding best practices, and utilizing industry statistics.</li> </ul> Growth Opportunities: As this is a new division for Apollo.io, the opportunities for growth are endless.
