<h4>About the Job:</h4> LaunchDarkly is specifically looking for product oriented, customer focused, sales-oriented individuals to play a significant role in the expansion of our Mid Market Account Executive team. This role will work directly with a manager, sales engineers, and other resources to help customers successfully test, purchase, and adopt LaunchDarkly. Intelligent, creative, and fun individuals with a strong work ethic are who we want to build this team with.  You will be responsible for both net new acquisition and expansion of current customers. <h4>Responsibilities:</h4> <ul> <li> Qualify and convert inbounds leads at a rapid pace </li> <li> Successfully prospect into ICP target accounts </li> <li> Articulate and sell the value of LD”s platform subscriptions </li> <li> Prepare for and run discovery sessions with new prospects to articulate LaunchDarkly’s core use cases and the value of the usage based pricing model </li> <li> Gain an understanding of third party architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) to accurately position and price our usage based model </li> <li> Customize and deliver demos with the Solutions Engineering team </li> <li> Run a proof of concept for prospects </li> <li> Own, build and develop the relationship with existing customers, demonstrating product usage and capabilities and developing new opportunities </li> <li> Develop new opportunities from our existing customers </li> <li> Consistently hit revenue targets </li> <li> Educate, evangelize, and guide our customers through a successful adoption of LaunchDarkly </li> <li> Deliver customer feedback for our product and engineering teams </li> <li> Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product and processes </li> <li> Keep all data in tools up to date; SFDC, Aviso, Outreach </li> <li> Accurately forecast sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis </li> </ul> <h4>Qualifications:</h4> <ul> <li>2+ years of full cycle sales experience</li> <li> Have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota </li> <li> Be an exceptional written and spoken communicator </li> <li> Be highly organized &amp; autonomous </li> <li> Be comfortable and energized operating in a fast moving organization </li> <li> Entrepreneurial and self-motivated </li> <li> Enthusiastic about learning and growing at LaunchDarkly </li> <li> Intellectually curious and ambitious </li> <li> Knowledge or experience in the developer tool space a plus </li> <li> Experience selling to mid-market companies a plus </li> </ul> Pay: Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level P3: <ul> <li>Zone 1: San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle - $133,000 - $182,000**</li> <li>Zone 2: Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago - $119,000 - $164,000**</li> <li>Zone 3: All other US locations - $113,000 - $155,000**</li> </ul> LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs.
