We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Product Specialist to optimize the performance and efficiency of our products within the Philippine market. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between product development and daily operations, ensuring our products run smoothly, users have a seamless experience, and insights are effectively translated into actionable improvements. This role requires a strong understanding of product lifecycle management, user behavior, and operational processes, with a particular focus on mobile applications.Product Performance Monitoring &amp; Optimization:<ul><li>Monitor key product performance metrics (e.g., usage, conversion, retention, error rates) and identify trends or anomalies specific to the Philippine user base.</li><li>Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer support teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues impacting product performance or user experience.</li><li>Develop and implement operational processes and tools to improve product efficiency and reliability.</li></ul>User Feedback &amp; Usability:<ul><li>Conduct and coordinate mobile app usability testing and panel testing with Filipino users to gather direct feedback and identify friction points within the product.</li><li>Analyze user feedback channels (e.g., support tickets, app store reviews, social media) to identify common pain points, feature requests, and operational challenges.</li><li>Translate user insights and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations for product improvements and new feature development.</li></ul>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track product operational health, user engagement, and market trends.</li><li>Provide regular reports and insights to product managers and stakeholders on product performance, operational bottlenecks, and user experience.</li><li>Utilize data to support product decisions and validate the impact of operational changes.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration:<ul><li>Act as a key liaison between product development, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure smooth product launches and ongoing operations.</li><li>Support product managers in defining requirements and ensuring operational readiness for new features or products.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of product operations processes and best practices.</li></ul>Market &amp; Competitor Monitoring:<ul><li>Assist in monitoring key market trends and competitor activities relevant to product operations and user experience in the Philippines.</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in product operations, product management (junior PM), or a closely related analytical role.</li><li>Proven experience in conducting user research, particularly mobile app usability testing and/or panel testing.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify root causes.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical and operational issues clearly to diverse audiences.</li><li>Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel).</li><li>Deep understanding of the Philippine market and Filipino consumer behavior.</li><li>Familiarity with product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in market research or competitive research, with a strong ability to gather and synthesize external insights relevant to product operations.</li><li>Prior experience with fintech mobile applications or in the financial technology industry.</li><li>Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Zendesk) and product analytics platforms.</li><li>Proficiency in Tagalog or other major Philippine languages.</li><li>Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).</li></ul>
