You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders on critical reporting to promote transparency and efficiency across the organization. You will report to and be mentored by the Director of Portfolio Strategy &amp; Operations.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Establish and track key performance metrics used to assess product performance, including financial performance, product usage and adoption, and market research</li><li>Work with cross-functional stakeholders to collect data and product ongoing product related reporting packages</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement across the Product Management organization, leading the design and implementation of these solutions</li><li>Lead ad-hoc product management programs and initiatives to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>BA/BS degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, MIS, Business Administration or related analytical field</li><li>2+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, program management, or finance; familiarity with enterprise software/SaaS industry a plus</li><li>Experience using Excel to create reporting and conduct analyses</li><li>Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills as well as ability to effectively present and communicate insights and recommendations</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills</li><li>Light to moderate travel may be required</li></ul>Salary Range: $105K - 125K In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above.
