About the role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Product Development Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the product development process by analyzing data, improving workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping to drive product innovations from concept to launch. Your analytical skills and operational expertise will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our product development initiatives.
What youll do
Data Analysis:
- Gather , analyze, and interpret data related to product development from a range of sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics for product activation, adoption, usage, success and others.
- Identify areas for improvement by analyzing strategic initiatives timelines, costs, and resource allocations.
- Strengthening the product feedback loop.
Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to streamline product development processes.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to support product development efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with various teams (Marketing, Sales, Engineering, CSMS, CS) to facilitate effective product development and launch activities.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals.
- Standardize communications across departments.
- Maintain the product development tech stack for communication, roadmapping, prototyping, user-onboarding, etc.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in product development or product operations.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Mixpanel, Tableau, MS Clarity) and project management software (e.g., JIRA, JIRA Discovery).
- Familiarity with product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in Agile (Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Agile Certified Product Manager) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a relevant industry (e.g., supply chain network) is preferred.
