You will be responsible for delivering exceptional employee experiences across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, and driving scalable People Ops processes that support our global team. You’ll serve as the first point of escalation for employee inquiries, partner cross-functionally with teams like our HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Finance and IT teams, and continuously improve the systems and workflows that power People Operations at Vercel.</p> <p>You will report to the Head of People Operations and be part of an established global team. This role is located in London, United Kingdom, and includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, so that we can support our employees in-person, or “IRL” as we call it.</p> <h2><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Serve as the first escalation point for employee and manager HR-related queries, delivering timely and accurate resolution with empathy and clarity</li> <li>Manage and continuously improve onboarding, offboarding, and related People Ops workflows for our employees outside the US</li> <li>Oversee day-to-day vendor relationships with global EOR and benefits providers across 25+ countries</li> <li>Maintain and evolve documentation for key People Ops processes, policies, and standard operating procedures</li> <li>Support internal projects to enhance systems, tools, and operational efficiency within the People function</li> <li>Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to execute employee lifecycle changes and ensure data integrity in core HR systems</li> <li>Partner with our Legal team to ensure compliance activities related to local labor regulations and internal policy updates</li> <li>Act as liaison to the Workplace team, ensuring seamless coordination and onsite support for employees and office operations.</li> <li>Partner with the payroll team on non-US leave management and assist with the accurate and timely closure of monthly payroll.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What exceptional looks like on the People Team</strong></h2> <h3><strong>⏱ Make it fast, make it count</strong></h3> <p>We donʼt just complete tasks.
