Eligible candidates must reside within a commutable distance as we are a hybrid office environment requiring an in-office presence of at least 3 days per week.</b></i></div><h3>About the Sr. People Operations Specialist role:</h3><ul><li>Handling inquiries starting with the first contact, registration, escalating and resolving queries in a professional and efficient manner.</li><li>Providing advisory support and administrative services.</li><li>Working according to defined standards, in line with global end to end processes &amp; tools and local compliance.</li><li>Escalating cases where guidance and clarification of policies and procedures is required.</li><li>Actively identifying customer-centered improvements and participating in improvement projects. </li><li>Driving standardization, simplification and automation of the relevant processes.</li><li>Ensuring service level agreements are met and a higher level of customer satisfaction is reached.</li><li>Driving data quality within the HR systems.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality at all times.</li></ul><h3>About you as the Sr. People Operations Specialist:</h3><ul><li>Combination of education and/or relevant experiences – 7+ years of HR experience or education combination</li><li>Project management mind set, proven ability to drive a project from beginning to end.</li><li>Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional, compliant and efficient manner.</li><li>Ability to quickly find your way in a network of information and provide relevant analytics to leadership.</li><li>Leads efforts within the organization from work distribution, gathering stakeholder needs, and is seen as a subject matter expert for the organization.</li><li>Plans &amp; aligns (effectively manage priorities and workload).</li><li>Ability to work in a changing environment to meet demanding deadlines and timescales.</li><li>Acts with integrity and instills trust.</li><li>Shows personal ownership.</li><li>Can observe and respond to people and situations and interact</li><li>Can learn and apply new information or skills.</li><li>Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents.</li><li>Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalism.</li><li>Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.</li><li>Proven ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads.</li><li>Result driven-demonstrate ownership and accountability.
