If youre passionate about tackling difficult problems with direct and thoughtful communication and team first mentality, we may be the right place for you. </span></p></div><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>We’re seeking a <strong>Senior People Operations Generalist </strong>to serve as a key operational partner for our North American teams (US and Canada) while actively contributing to global People projects. In this fast-paced, high-growth environment, you’ll act as both a problem solver and a strategic thinker, building scalable processes and driving initiatives that make a meaningful impact.</p> <p>You’ll own a range of critical People Operations processes, including onboarding and offboarding, managing leaves of absence, overseeing PEO/EOR relationships, and supporting contingent workforce management.</p> <p>Though this is an individual contributor role, you will lead projects, handle confidential and time-sensitive requests, and bring structure and calm to the complex world of People Operations.</p> <p>Our People Ops coverage is split across three regions—Americas, LATAM, and EMEA—but we work closely as one team, collaborating on projects and supporting each other. This role offers a great opportunity to learn about and influence People operations across multiple geographies.</p> <h3><strong>What you’ll achieve</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Serve as the go-to operational partner for key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and leaves of absence, and respond to employee questions and requests with care, discretion, and urgency.</li> <li>Own and execute compliance processes across the Americas, including state reporting, training tracking, labor law postings, and employment verifications.</li> <li>Support the ongoing management of contingent workers and our PEO/EOR partners</li> <li>Collaborate with payroll, legal, IT, and finance to ensure smooth execution of cross-functional HR processes</li> <li>Lead or contribute to high-impact People projects — including process rollouts, vendor transitions, and annual compliance initiatives</li> <li>Keep our tools and systems (e.g., Workday, Zendesk, Google Workspace) accurate, organized, and up to date</li> <li>Continuously improve how we work by identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical, people-friendly solutions</li> <li>Help us scale smartly by building resilient processes that grow with the company</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What you’ll need to be successful.</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience in People Operations or Human Resources roles</li> <li>Strong experience with HR compliance and operations in the US and Canada (including leaves of absence)</li> <li>Clear and structured communication skills, paired with strong organizational abilities</li> <li>Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and care</li> <li>A track record of owning projects in your area and driving them to completion with little supervision</li> <li>Comfort navigating ambiguity and scaling processes in a growing, remote company</li> <li>Resourceful and solutions-oriented: you don’t just identify problems, you help solve them</li> <li>A collaborative spirit: you love working with others to get things done</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Bonus Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience working with Workday, Zendesk, Google Workspace</li> <li>Experience managing PEO platforms like Deel, Remote, or GP</li> <li>Background supporting contingent workforce programs</li> </ul><div><p><span><strong>Why join us</strong></span><br /><br /><span>There are many reasons to join us, but here are a few:</span></p> <ul> <li><span>We strongly believe we are changing how games studios operate and at the core of what we do is making great games that create a connected community</span></li> <li> <div><span>Were not just about making Games Where You Belong.
