You will be a source of knowledge and best practices amongst the BDRs, and will hire, train, onboard, and mentor new BDRs with the help of the Sales Enablement team.What you’ll do:<ul><li>Drive the drumbeat - create daily and weekly objectives, keep team accountable to hit the metrics</li><li>Train other members of the BDR Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities.</li><li>Execute and champion the sales strategy to achieve sales goals, increase sales productivity and achieve key performance indicators.</li><li>Listen to sales calls, ensure all steps in cadence are respected, lead morning stand up meetings, and join client calls to help close more complex deals.</li><li>Build call scripts, cadences, and email templates</li><li>Ensure BDR Team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s</li><li>Plan for hiring and onboarding new BDRs.</li><li>Work closely with cross functional teams on field events, targeted ad and nurture campaigns.</li><li>Work closely with Sales and other members of the Sales Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes</li><li>Provide structured feedback to Growth and Marketing on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and campaign impact.</li><li>Report weekly and monthly on BDR performance, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates across the funnel.</li><li>Collaborate with RevOps to ensure CRM data integrity and consistency in reporting.</li><li>Work in collaboration with Content and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging for outbound communications to your team’s assigned accounts.</li><li>Help team members with their career planning and development, ensuring that they realize their full potential in sales at Vention</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3>What you bring to the table:<ul><li>3+ years of managing sales/business development teams with a demonstrated track record of high performance</li><li>8+ years of experience in technology based sales/business development environment</li><li>Bachelor degree in related field</li><li>Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken); fluent French an asset</li><li>Experience working with Salesforce and other sales productivity and reporting tools</li><li>Strong background in developing and measuring sales metrics, KPIs, and targets</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3>How We Take Care of You<ul><li>Flexible paid time off and remote work policies.</li><li>Complimentary beverages and snacks so that you are fuelled and ready for your day.</li><li>Global comprehensive health plans so you feel your best.</li><li>Career growth opportunities.
