THE OPPORTUNITYWe’re looking for a high-performing individual who’s eager to make an impact, take ownership, and grow their career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.The Renewals Manager is an individual contributor inside-sales role that sits at the frontlines of customer retention and growth. You’ll own and manage a portfolio of accounts, driving successful renewals and uncovering opportunities to expand relationships through cross-sell and upsell motions.In this role, you’ll analyze and understand a customer’s business, processes, challenges, and objectives, working closely with Account Executives, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to help customers achieve their goals.This position is a great match for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving team-oriented environments where processes are still evolving. If youre excited by the opportunity to help shape how things are done and are looking to advance your career in sales, renewals, or account management, this might be the place for you.  RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Lead the end-to-end renewals process, ensuring timely closure and high retention rates</li><li>Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers and champions across your accounts</li><li>Identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities in partnership with Account Executives</li><li>Leverage CRM and reporting tools to surface insights and risks, enabling proactive customer engagement</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Deal Desk, Operations, and Customer Success to drive seamless renewal cycles</li><li>Negotiate terms with procurement and legal stakeholders, balancing customer needs with business objectives</li><li>Provide clear, professional, and compelling communication both written and verbal across internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Manage time effectively across a high volume of accounts and deadlines</li><li>Serve as a customer advocate, championing service excellence and long-term satisfaction</li><li>We will require approximately 25% travel as part of the role.</li></ul> REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Minimum 1–2 years of experience in renewals, sales, or customer success</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities</li><li>Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Executive presence with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders</li><li>Strong presentation abilities and creative problem-solving mindset</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational capabilities</li><li>Strong negotiation skills </li><li>A “relationship-first” mindset: naturally curious, empathetic, and driven to help customers succeed</li><li>Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools to track performance and drive strategy</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment with remote teams</li></ul> COMPENSATION INFORMATION: In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary.
