As the Manager, you’ll design and lead the global strategy for reactivating dormant accounts, capturing greenfield opportunities, and turning marketing momentum into revenue </span><a href="http://impact.This">impact.This</a><span> is a leadership role within the Customer Care organization: You’ll build a team of high performing BDRs while creating a repeatable motion that combines prospecting, marketing integration, and customer intelligence. You’ll be accountable for team results, coaching future leaders, and creating the frameworks that power predictable growth for HighLevel.</span></div><h3>What Youll Be Doing:</h3><ul><li>Strategy &amp; Ownership</li><li>Define and own the BDR strategy, ensuring alignment with Customer Care, Marketing, and Sales.</li><li>Translate company growth goals into clear motions for dormant reactivation, greenfield expansion, and event-driven demand generation.</li><div><br /></div><li>Team Leadership</li><li>Lead and scale a high-performing global team of BDRs.</li><li>Set clear KPIs, coach on execution, and develop future leaders.</li><li>Establish a performance-driven culture with accountability and growth opportunities.</li><div><br /></div><li>Cross-Functional Leadership</li><li>Partner with Marketing to design campaign/event follow-up that maximizes ROI.</li><li>Create Customer Intelligence to operationalize insights into targeted outreach.</li><li>Work with RevOps to define reporting frameworks, funnel measurement, and attribution rules.</li><div><br /></div><li>Operational Excellence</li><li>Build scalable playbooks, cadences, and workflows for prospecting and reactivation.</li><li>Establish feedback loops to continually optimize customer targeting and messaging.</li><li>Drive experimentation and testing to increase conversion rates across motions.</li><div><br /></div><li>Business Impact</li><li>Deliver measurable contribution to trial creation, demos booked, and pipeline growth &amp; holding the team accountable for results.</li><li>Provide executive-level reporting on performance, insights, and recommendations.</li><li>Serve as a thought leader in Customer Care, shaping how HighLevel re-captures and expands revenue.</li></ul><h3>What Youll Bring:</h3><ul><li>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to</li><li>A repeatable and scalable BDR motion embedded into HighLevel’s GTM engine.</li><li>Consistent overachievement on trial/demo generation and pipeline contribution targets.</li><li>Recognized cross-functional partner, influencing Marketing and Sales strategies.</li><li>Strong talent pipeline within the Revenue Org, with BDRs developing into future revenue quota caring.</li><div><br /></div><li><b>Experience/Education/Certifications Required:</b></li><li>7+ years of SaaS experience in Inside Sales, Demand Generation, or Customer Growth.</li><li>3+ years of people management experience, leading teams of SDRs/BDRs or similar functions.</li><li>Proven track record of building scalable revenue-generating motions.</li><li>Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders.</li><li>Data-driven operator with experience in pipeline attribution, funnel optimization, and performance reporting.</li><li>Exceptional communication and executive presence.</li></ul><div><b>Equal Employment Opportunity Information</b></div><div><span>The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
