We support the account service department, agency leadership, creative department, studio, and, most importantly, each other. You’ll be part of a team with diverse personalities but the same goal - bring home the project against any odds.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Who you are:</b><span> </span>You’re a highly motivated rockstar, skilled at managing a large volume of print and digital</div><div>projects simultaneously. And managing the diverse team of people who make the magic</div><div>happen. You’re a leader, out in front of project and the one everyone depends on. Ideally,</div><div>you’ve worked in a large market and/or ad agency, so you know the drill!. You seamlessly keep</div><div>track of details while motivating others to do their best work. You have experience controlling</div><div>workflow processes and ensuring projects are tracked and monitored while managing ahead to</div><div>meet all critical deadlines and budgets. You’ve done it all: from supervising to scheduling and</div><div>overseeing creative development through production execution and delivery.</div><h3>What you bring:</h3><ul><li>3-5 years of experience in project management and print production within an ad agency</li><li>Knowledge of and experience managing print production, social, design, video, TV, streaming audio and digital development processes</li><li>Quality proofing skills and a good eye for the visual details</li><li>Experience working with Mac-based applications</li><li>Experience with Workfront and/or NetSuite project management software a plus</li></ul><h3>What youll be doing:</h3><ul><li>Project manage and oversee all jobs for assigned accounts, which includes managing</li><li>large multi-faceted projects with a heavy emphasis on digital and print deliverables.</li><li> Act as the communication point among the account executives, creative, social, video,</li><li>and digital team members in the U.S. and Tombras’ Argentina office.</li><li>Create project schedules with milestones and delivery dates.</li><li>Prioritize and allocate project resources based on timing, scope, budgets and project</li><li>requirements.</li><li>Communicate and help solve any problems or issues that could jeopardize the project.</li><li>Initiate and conduct team or project status meetings on an established schedule.</li><li>Identify process and workflow issues, and fine-tune schedules as necessary based on</li><li>the team’s overall priorities.</li><li>Participate in project kickoff meetings and coordinate internal approvals at every project</li><li>stage.</li><li>Provide ongoing communication regarding project status or budget issues to internal</li><li>team members.</li><li>Estimate projects (internal and externals costs) including handling vendor bids and</li><li>selection of vendors when necessary.</li><li>Work directly with outside vendors to produce required deliverables as necessary.</li><li> Prepare purchase orders for projects and manage vendor invoices.</li><li>Work with creative staff during the design phase to provide production recommendations</li><li>and specifications.</li><li>Work with Business Affairs to address legal issues.</li></ul><div><b>Why you’ll want to work at Tombras:</b></div><div><br /></div><div><span>You’ll be joining one of the top independent agencies in North America. Connecting Data &amp; Creativity for Business Results® is working for our clients and creating a flywheel affect fueling both client and agency growth.  You’ll be a part of a highly creative agency that has been recognized by AdAge, Adweek, Communication Arts, Fast Company, Forbes and Fortune.
