The creative organization spans ABC, Hulu, Onyx, Freeform and more. Project Management tracks key milestones and manages the creative scope with partner teams. They work with Ops Management to ensure the assets are delivered to market on time. If you are an efficient enthusiast with a heart for creativity, this role offers you the opportunity to make an impact on a global scale.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Day-to-day management of creative development workflows, safeguarding projects’ adherence to schedules and budgets across multiple teams and disciplines. </li><li>Liaise with strategy, creative, media, legal, finishing, and other crucial stakeholders, to ensure alignment and approval of campaign assets.</li><li>Document details of creative requirements in multiple project management and asset management systems.</li><li>Translate media plans and specs into creative requirements.</li><li>Escalate issues when creative development hits roadblocks or encounters delays.</li><li>Lead cross functional meetings with Campaign Managers/Strategists to execute b campaigns, ensuring alignment with project timelines, creative vision, and budget constraints.</li><li>Master tools for project coordination, workflow, and management.</li><li>Continue to find ways to streamline the production process and lead the way in standardizing processes and procedures to maximize efficiency.</li><li>Consider brand, performance, business, and KPI requirements while overseeing and guiding Campaign initiatives.</li></ul>Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in a professional advertising, entertainment, or marketing environment.</li><li>Experience in managing multiple projects in a creative environment.</li><li>Possesses strong knowledge of project management principles, demonstrating the capacity to perform effectively under pressure and making timely decisions to achieve critical deadlines.</li><li>Understanding of digital, video, and print asset creation and approval cycles.</li><li>Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Burbank, CA, as this position requires onsite presence four days per week.</li><li>Aptitude for providing and receiving constructive feedback to foster growth in all creative endeavors.</li><li>Experience in creating and delivering oral and written communications. Skilled in both written and verbal communication, with an ability to express ideas and concepts clearly.</li><li>Adaptability to a dynamic work environment with a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and quality.</li><li>Diplomacy and tact are key to success in this cross functional environment. </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:     <ul><li>Experience with Airtable, Jira, and/or Google Office Suite e.</li></ul>Required Education:<ul><li>BA/BS degree in a relevant field.</li></ul>#JConference2025The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $94,200 to $126,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
