This is an opportunity to shape the future of legal at a fast-paced, high-growth company.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <h4><strong>Legal Operations &amp; Processes</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Support a wide range of contract, compliance, and operational needs across the business.</li> <li>Develop, refine, and document legal processes, including subpoena responses, compliance protocols, and knowledge management.</li> <li>Evaluate and implement legal technology platforms - including AI-driven solutions—for contract review, workflow automation, and compliance monitoring.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Cross-Functional Partnership</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Work directly with teams across the company to remove legal blockers and keep projects moving forward.</li> <li>Serve as a trusted advisor to management and internal stakeholders, translating legal concepts into practical guidance.</li> <li>Support global initiatives with sensitivity to jurisdictional differences, often in partnership with outside counsel.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Third-Party Relations</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Participate in investor, lender, customer, and vendor interactions, serving as a professional representative of Telnyx while protecting company interests.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Regulatory &amp; Compliance</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the General Counsel to craft compliance strategies that keep Telnyx both nimble and aligned with global requirements.</li> <li>Monitor evolving regulatory frameworks, with a focus on using AI and technology to stay ahead of changes.</li> <li>Develop internal policies (e.g., retention, security, privacy) that reflect both legal obligations and business priorities.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What we are looking for </strong></h3> <ul> <li>0–3 years of experience as an attorney (transactional or generalist backgrounds welcome).</li> <li>Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.</li> <li>Active state bar license in the United States.</li> <li>Located in the continental U.S. (Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zones) to align with team operations.</li> <li>Demonstrated interest or experience in technology, AI-driven legal tools, and workflow automation.</li> <li>Excited to leverage technology to make legal operations more efficient.</li> <li>Comfortable learning and applying new tools, particularly AI-enabled platforms.</li> <li>Pragmatic problem-solver with strong communication skills.</li> <li>Curious, adaptable, and eager to work in a fast-paced, international environment.</li> <li>Broad legal foundation with the flexibility to take on new subject matter quickly.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h6>#LI-RH1</h6><div><p> </p> <p> </p></div>
