Our IT team supports our 400+ global users through various day-to-day IT tasks to keep the team productive and to ensure the business is secure and scalable.  In this job, you will lead a team of IT professionals through day-to-day operations and new projects, as well as support individual development and team growth.  You will also collaborate with our leaders and drive the implementation of IT processes and systems to enable a productive and secure global workforce. Our business is built on technology and our team cannot do their job efficiently without the proper equipment, connectivity, and software. With our incredible growth as a company, this role becomes critical to set and execute against a vision that enables us to meet our potential. You will help set the vision for the team and actively coach the team to meet these goals while also taking a hands-on approach to key projects.
