Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as business consultant for technology</li><li>Assist Business Development/ Sales for solutions presentation</li><li>Join solutions design session with customers</li><li>Serve as account management and single point of contact to customers</li><li>Support and drive the implementation of new customers and systems</li><li>Contribute to digital transformation efforts and help develop new initiatives</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives</li><li>Identify area for continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, safety and compliance</li><li>Document and support the implementation of business processes</li><li>Create technical documents, including business requirement documents and process maps</li><li>Develop reporting tools and key performance indicators (KPI) to provide visibility into business trends</li><li>System configuration and setup</li><li>Provide training on systems and processes</li><li>Provide hyper care during go live</li><li>Track progress and provide updates throughout projects and initiatives</li><li>Manage, communicate, and resolve operational, process, and system issues</li><li>Support disaster recovery rehearsal, cycle count, warehouse migration and peak volume</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experienced in supply chain management</li><li>Proficiency in Warehouse Management System (WMS)</li><li>Ability to write and execute basic SQL statements</li><li>Basic understanding and working knowledge of EDI or API integration</li><li>Strong analytical skills</li><li>Customer-focused with effective communication skills</li><li>A strong team player with a collaborative mindset</li><li>Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a positive “can-do” attitude</li><li>Ability to work independently and as a part of a team</li><li>Proactivity and proven ability to analyze and resolve complex operational and systematic challenges</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively under pressure</li><li>Capacity to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner</li><li>Willing to travel</li></ul>Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
